Your first form shapes every form after it.

A single venous panel across eight body systems — metabolic, hormonal, recovery, inflammation and organ health — read in plain English against the wearable data you already track.

How it works

Step 01

Book

As bookings open, choose a partner-club slot or a Morning Form studio. Where available, you can instead order a core-panel kit to your door. A few taps, in the app.

Step 02

Draw

A few minutes with the phlebotomist — or a home kit and prepaid return, where available. Kits cover a core panel; some markers still require a venous draw.

Step 03

Understand

Every marker arrives in plain English: what it is, where it sits, and what is worth watching. No jargon, no panic.

Step 04

Track

Retest on a cadence that fits, and watch each marker move against your training, sleep and recovery data.

A practitioner training with resistance bands

Dimension III · the human

Before performance, there is preparation.

We build the record for people already paying attention to their body — the moments of readiness before the work begins, not the finish line.

Testing × the record

A panel is a snapshot. The record is the film.

Wearables show the load you carry day to day; bloods show what it is doing underneath. Morning Form reads them together — a draw lands next to your sleep, training and heart-rate variability, so a shift in iron or thyroid shows up in context, panel over panel.

And when nothing changed, the record says nothing. Your attention is treated as the scarcest marker of all.

The clinical layer

Clear flags, with clinical review where offered.

01

Review where offered

Clinician review is not automatic. Where it is offered, the booking flow shows who reviews the panel and when results are released.

02

We flag what needs attention

Anything outside range is flagged clearly, with a referral to your GP or another clinician — never an upsell.

03

Your results stay yours

Private to your record by default. Share a read-only link if you want to, and revoke it whenever.

If you have symptoms that worry you now, speak to your GP first — a baseline panel is not urgent care. Read our clinical approach.

Questions

The things worth asking first.

Run draw days in your club? We bring the phlebotomist, the kit and the lab — you provide a private room. Partner with us.

Do I have to test at a gym?

No. Draw days at partner clubs are one route. If your club isn’t a partner yet — or you’d rather test privately — the at-home kit collects the core panel where available, with a prepaid return to the same accredited lab.

What happens on a draw day?

On set days, a registered phlebotomist runs a private room at a partner club. You book a slot in the app, the draw itself takes a few minutes, and your sample goes to an accredited reference lab. The results land in your record, in plain English.

Do I need to fast before a draw?

Some markers read best after an overnight fast, which is why draw-day slots run in the morning. The app tells you before you book whether your panel is one of them.

Which markers are in the baseline panel?

One venous draw across eight body systems, grouped into six panels: metabolic and heart, hormones and thyroid, recovery and iron, inflammation and immune, nutrients and vitamins, and liver and kidney function — sixty-plus markers, finalised with our medical director and processed by an accredited reference lab.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. Morning Form is descriptive, not diagnostic. It explains where each marker sits and what’s worth watching — and when a result needs a clinician, you get a clear referral, never an upsell.

Can my coach or trainer see my results?

Only if you share them. Results are private to your record by default; you can share a read-only link and revoke it whenever you like.

Start with a baseline.

Join Morning Form, connect what you already wear, and choose your testing route as bookings open — at a partner club, a studio, or from your kitchen table.
