Clinician review is not automatic. Where it is offered, the booking flow shows who reviews the panel and when results are released.
Consent & identity
E-consent and ID checks before any draw. Results stay with the member — shared only if they choose to share them.
Descriptive, not diagnostic
Morning Form explains and flags; it never diagnoses. When a marker needs a clinician, the member gets a clear next step — not an upsell.
If a member has symptoms that worry them now, we point them to their GP first — a baseline panel is not urgent care.
